RETURN & EXCHANGES

• If you change your mind on the items you purchased and wish to change it, you will be allowed to change prior order fulfillment. Just drop us a dm/email/whatsapp. Once the orders are fulfilled, there will be NO changing of items.
  
  
• Sorry, We don’t do exchange/refund due to hygiene purposes. All enquiries will be replied within 24 hours.

• For defective/incorrect items, please drop us an email or whatsapp us 83662652 with your name, order number and photo evidence of the defective/incorrect items! 

• Do note that you will be required to mail back the defective/incorrect items within 7 days the date you received the items

For incorrect items, please make sure that it's brand new in box (Sealed). For items with defects, please make sure that the box is at least 50% filled with the remaining lash (DIY EZ Press-On Lash Kit)
